WHAT IS ENERGY THERAPY FOR KIDS?
Energy is abundant everywhere. It is the vital force that animates life. Energy Therapy, sometimes called Energy Medicine, is the practice of learning to use your own unique energy to create harmony and balance in your body, mind and emotions. When we learn to tap into this vital force of energy within, we find the tools to bring more joy and vitality into our lives. Who doesn’t want more of that?!
Teaching children these tools at an early age is such a gift. It can help them to boost confidence, enhance communication, reduce stress and anxiety, and give them a sense of empowerment.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A session?
This session is fun and interactive. I will teach your kids how to sense and feel their energy. Using a series of techniques from ancient modalities like Qi Gong and Yoga, children learn how to work with their own energies in a fun and unique way.
Sessions are fully clothed. Depending on your child’s needs, some table work might be included to help calm and relax the nervous system.
